DVCC serves the towns of Norwalk, Stamford, New Canaan, Westport, Darien, Weston and Wilton where the organization provides education, counseling, safety planning and shelter services.

This includes behavior which frightens, intimidates, terrorizes, hurts, humiliates, manipulates, or injures. It can happen to anyone of any race, age, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic, educational level or gender and occur within a range of relationships including married, dating or co-habitating couples, roommates, children, elders, disabled or other household people.
